Requirements
- Already make content on any platform and have a pattern of posting, iterating, and watching what works.
- Have strong opinions about what good content looks like.
- Be able to explain why a hook works in three seconds and why most B2B content does not.
- Be comfortable on camera, behind it, or both.
- Be curious about AI, software, and how businesses use technology.
- Be available for six months.
- Be comfortable working mostly asynchronously with a few syncs each week.
Responsibilities
- Pitch content ideas, decide what is worth making, and defend those ideas.
- Script, record, edit with support from editors, and publish content.
- Run content experiments across YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Review retention, hook performance, and comment quality.
- Iterate on content based on performance.
- Work alongside the founder and the existing video team.
