Requirements
- Have 4-5 years of content creation experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house setting.
- Have experience creating social content using Adobe Creative Suite and related creative tools.
- Use Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects, selecting tools suited to the creative challenge.
- Create short-form video, social graphics, carousels, motion assets, and creator-style content.
- Partner with social strategy to concept and independently create, edit, and deliver content from idea through final asset.
- Balance content production across multiple brands.
- Translate complex topics into content that informs and engages.
- Stay organized and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop platform-native content concepts and creative approaches for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
- Turn complex information into clear, creative stories for consumers and professionals.
- Advise internal teams on content formats, creator trends, editing styles, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with social strategy to develop concepts and formats.
- Identify emerging trends, content formats, and cultural moments to inform timely social content.
- Contribute social-first creative work to new business and pitch efforts.
- Concept, create, edit, and deliver social content from idea through final asset while balancing multiple brands.
