Requirements
- Have a proven track record as a content creator, TikTok strategist, or influencer content coach.
- Provide a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video content.
- Have a deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, algorithm, and social commerce trends.
- Have experience delivering constructive video feedback.
- Have experience leading group coaching or workshop sessions.
- Be familiar with Discord and community management best practices.
- Commit 3–5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead two 1-hour group coaching sessions per week for Petra Brands’ creator community.
- Teach strategies for hook creation, storytelling, video pacing, trend leverage, and call-to-action placement for TikTok and social commerce.
- Conduct live video teardowns, audits, and Q&A to help creators improve draft or published videos.
- Maintain an active presence in the TikTok Creator Discord server.
- Answer creator questions, provide constructive video feedback, and troubleshoot creative blocks between live calls.
- Share weekly tips, trending audio and formats, and best practices in the community.
