Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, technical operations, or a similar role.
- Be proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms.
- Be able to work with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.
- Have experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical instincts and the ability to understand business processes quickly.
- Be able to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without extensive specifications.
- Be comfortable experimenting and building practical solutions at speed.
Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to understand workflows, data processes, and operational bottlenecks.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations, internal dashboards, lightweight applications, and workflow improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Python, databases, and low-code technologies.
- Connect disconnected systems, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve process accuracy.
- Build reporting tools and internal applications that improve visibility and support decision-making.
- Identify practical applications for LLMs, AI agents, and related tools.
- Own projects from problem discovery through deployment and iteration.
