Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bring 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or related fields.
- Have expertise with Whisper, VAPI, OpenAI, or similar conversational AI frameworks.
- Have strong experience in prompt engineering for large language models.
- Have hands-on experience integrating third-party systems and APIs into AI solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement automated testing frameworks for AI systems.
- Be proficient in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Be familiar with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
- Know NLP libraries or frameworks such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK.
- Have experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.
- Preferred: experience with voice-based AI and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies.
- Preferred: familiarity with Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement conversational AI systems using platforms such as Whisper, VAPI, and OpenAI.
- Craft and refine prompts to optimize model performance and produce natural, accurate, context-aware responses.
- Integrate conversational AI solutions with third-party systems, APIs, and services, including CRMs, messaging platforms, or enterprise tools.
- Develop automated testing frameworks to assess system reliability, performance, and accuracy.
- Fine-tune AI models to improve response quality, reduce latency, and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to align AI capabilities with business and user needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.
- Create technical documentation for AI systems, integrations, and testing processes.
