Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with Java.
- Have 1+ year of experience each with JavaScript and React.
- Have 3+ years of experience with SQL; PostgreSQL or Redshift experience is preferred.
- Understand algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and performance optimization.
- Have experience designing and developing backend services.
- Have experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
- Have experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and business metrics.
- Have experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Spring Boot experience is a plus.
- Experience with Python, C#, Go, C++, or C is a plus.
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, AI/ML, LLM, and data visualization experience are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support new and existing products and features.
- Implement and evaluate AI and LLM-based solutions for business problems and process improvement.
- Work with engineers to develop technical architecture and design solutions to complex challenges.
- Follow SDLC and documentation best practices.
- Create designs that meet requirements, conduct unit testing, automate tests where appropriate, and review code.
- Collaborate across the organization to analyze initiatives and propose solutions.
- Ensure code meets performance, reliability, quality, security, and testability standards for high-traffic, high-availability systems.
- Develop scalable data visualization solutions.
