Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Have an active MHC license in the state of Delaware.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
- Be comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
- Use sound clinical judgment.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Eligible licenses listed: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of adult clients.
- Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth.
- Complete diagnostic documentation and required clinical records.
- Review changes in symptoms, functioning, or level of risk.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Comply with Delaware licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.
