Requirements
- Hold an active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Have a master’s degree in a mental health–related field.
- Previous outpatient or telehealth experience is preferred.
- Be able to manage a consistent schedule from a home office.
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals, couples, and families through video sessions.
- Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant background information.
- Help clients identify the issues they want to work through in therapy.
- Guide conversations about relationships, family concerns, and life changes.
- Keep session notes and clinical records current.
- Take part in case discussions and team meetings when needed.
- Refer clients to additional services when appropriate.
- Follow Minnesota LMFT licensing and professional requirements.
