Native or native-level German (C1/C2).

Requirements

  • Have native or native-level German proficiency (C1/C2).
  • Bring hands-on scriptwriting and concept-development experience.
  • Understand TikTok's platform style, including why native-feeling CapCut edits can outperform polished studio commercials.
  • Be comfortable working within AI-assisted systems and production workflows.
  • Be able to organize and improve operational workflows, including through spreadsheets.
  • Be able to give creators direct, critical feedback while maintaining a productive working relationship.
  • Be able to identify high-retention hooks in raw footage.
  • Stay calm and solution-oriented when timelines tighten or creators fail to deliver.
  • Have significant overlap with Central European Time and be responsive during core hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production workflow, balancing creative quality with delivery speed.
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts before filming begins.
  • Work within AI-assisted production systems and tools such as ElevenLabs for voiceover.
  • Source creators and build relationships that support brief adherence and deadline delivery.
  • Review raw footage and provide direct feedback on hooks, energy, and other creative elements.
  • Organize hooks, bodies, and calls to action into modular ad structures for testing and iteration.
  • Manage creator, deadline, and technical constraints throughout production.
