Requirements
- Experience in procurement, third-party risk management (TPRM), vendor management, or corporate compliance.
- Familiarity with corporate onboarding frameworks and due diligence workflows.
- Experience with Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) checks.
- Experience with adverse media screening.
- Familiarity with privacy and data protection evaluations, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
- Experience negotiating contract terms, service rates, and pricing models with external vendors.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Strong research capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage external partner relationships independently.
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development ecosystem and international professional training providers is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assess prospective vendors through due diligence, including ABC evaluations, adverse media screening, and Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Research international markets to identify and contact qualified service and training providers.
- Negotiate supplier prices and structure rate cards.
- Guide third parties through internal compliance portals and approval frameworks, including BRIDGE and risk registers.
- Maintain accurate audit trails during supplier onboarding.
- Use Microsoft Excel models to evaluate supplier pricing and market rate benchmarks.
- Prepare structured risk and spend reports for senior stakeholders.
- Engage with vendors and internal business leaders to support onboarding and resolve operational bottlenecks.
