Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
- Be proficient with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
- Use strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Have advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across channels, including SEO, media buying, and paid social.
- Have advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
- Have excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- Be able to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.
- Be perfectly fluent in English.
- Be comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping affiliates informed and supported.
- Oversee onboarding for new affiliates into the affiliate program.
- Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns, and find opportunities to scale.
- Research and recruit affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
- Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates.
- Review and improve processes for affiliate communication and management.
