Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements development, process improvement, or technology modernization support.
- Have experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Have experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Have experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: experience supporting DHS, CISA, or other federal civilian agencies.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile project environments.
- Preferred: experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Preferred: experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and understanding of AI-enabled business processes and technology adoption.
- Preferred: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify operational gaps.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
- Support implementation plans, roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
- Create executive briefings, reports, and recommendations for government leadership.
- Support organizational change management and technology adoption efforts.
- Develop SOPs, job aids, user guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Support project planning, status reporting, deliverable development, and continuous improvement of mission processes and digital services.
