Have 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, marketing coordination, social media management, or a similar role.
Be proficient in Canva and ChatGPT.
Have experience creating and scheduling social media content using Metricool or a similar platform.
Have experience using email platforms such as Microsoft Outlook for professional communication.
Have experience using WhatsApp for daily communication and messaging.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong English communication skills.
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using Canva and Metricool.
Manage content calendars and blog posting, ensuring content is delivered on time.
Review marketing materials for accuracy and quality before release.
Use ChatGPT to assist with marketing and content-related tasks.
Prepare client marketing proposals using existing templates.
Follow up on emails to confirm meetings and next steps, and occasionally communicate directly with clients.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Attend brief daily meetings and submit an end-of-day task list summarizing completed tasks.
Prepare invoices for clients and contractors as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
