- Bring experience from top-tier technology or Web3 companies, preferably.
- Demonstrate a track record of filling senior-level technical positions.
- Understand Web3 technologies and have a genuine interest in the industry.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding.
- Advise, consult with, and coach business lines as a Talent Partner.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to improve the hiring process.
- Drive or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain recruiting databases and other HR assets in an organized and timely manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate relationships.
