Job Details

Have a bachelor's degree or above; a Computer Science or AI-related major is preferred.
Have 1–5 years of professional experience.
Have a solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
Be proficient in Node.js and React.
Have owned end-to-end projects in production, beyond personal side projects.
Be familiar with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
Be highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
Be able to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
Bring a self-driven approach, proactively identifying work that needs to be done.
Be able to turn vague ideas into clear specifications.
Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects are a plus.
Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web is a plus.

Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
Integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code into daily development workflows.
Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend.
Champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and iteration.
