Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above; a Computer Science or AI-related major is preferred.
- Have 1–5 years of professional experience.
- Have a solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
- Be proficient in Node.js and React.
- Have experience owning end-to-end projects in production, not only personal side projects.
- Be familiar with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
- Be highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
- Be able to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Bring a self-driven approach, proactively identifying work that needs to be done.
- Have a product and operational mindset and be able to turn vague ideas into clear specifications.
- Have strong logical thinking and communication skills and be passionate about learning new technologies.
- Nice to have: open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects, or cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development work.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend.
- Champion full-stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
- Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and iteration.
