Requirements
- Have professional experience in conceptual artwork, graphic design or a related creative role.
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking, branding, layout design and product visualisation in a portfolio.
- Use CorelDRAW for conceptual artwork, layouts, product visualisation and production-related design work; practical experience is highly advantageous.
- Have experience with Adobe Illustrator for vector artwork, logos and supporting design requirements; this is preferred.
- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing, visual presentation and supporting product mock-ups; this is preferred.
- Apply strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout, spacing and composition principles.
- Have previous experience working to deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interpret customer requirements from job briefs, logos, artwork and supporting information.
- Develop professional conceptual artwork and realistic product mock-ups.
- Transform customer ideas into clear, visually appealing product concepts.
- Apply typography, visual hierarchy, layout, spacing and composition principles.
- Produce multiple design or concept options where appropriate.
- Create realistic product visualisations using correct perspective, proportion, scale and shape.
- Ensure concepts accurately represent the intended finished product and are suitable for production.
