Job Details

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, sub-accounts, trigger setup, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with ClickUp for task management, view setup, and process tracking.
Familiarity with Stripe product creation, payment links, and billing integration.
Fundamental graphic-creation skills using Canva or Photoshop.
Basic video-editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
Experience using AI copywriting tools to create functional marketing copy.
Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager structure.
Work proactively, anticipate operational gaps, and identify potential roadblocks early.
Demonstrate attention to detail and follow structured checklists and standard operating procedures.

Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, and trigger links.
Set up, test, and debug SMS and email automation sequences, funnel pages, calendar booking links, and Twilio/Mailgun configurations.
Integrate Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms.
Troubleshoot technical issues and workflow bugs.
Maintain ClickUp project boards, create SOP templates, and track deliverables for client launches and onboarding.
Verify launch checklists before ad campaigns or CRM systems go live.
Create social graphics, ad templates, and banner layouts using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Edit short-form video ads and client testimonial content using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools to draft and refine ad copy, email sequences, and landing-page content.
Assist media buyers with ad creative uploads, campaign setup, and pixel integration checks in Meta Ads Manager.
