Job Details

Have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, sub-accounts, trigger setup, and troubleshooting.
Be proficient with ClickUp for task management, view setup, and process tracking.
Be familiar with Stripe product creation, payment links, and billing integration.
Have fundamental graphic creation skills using Canva or Photoshop.
Have basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
Have experience using AI copywriting tools to generate marketing copy.
Have a basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager structure.
Work proactively, anticipate operational gaps, and take initiative without needing micromanagement.
Be thorough and detail-oriented when following checklists, systems, and standard operating procedures.

Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, and trigger links.
Set up, test, and debug SMS and email automations, funnel pages, booking links, and Twilio or Mailgun configurations.
Integrate Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms.
Troubleshoot technical issues and workflow bugs.
Maintain ClickUp project boards, create SOP templates, and track launch and onboarding deliverables.
Verify internal checklists before ad campaigns or CRM systems launch.
Create social graphics, ad templates, and banner layouts using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Edit short-form video ads and client testimonial content using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
Use AI tools to write and refine ad copy, email sequences, and landing-page content.
Assist with ad creative uploads, campaign setup, and pixel checks in Meta Ads Manager.
