Experience
Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Maintain an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Have project experience with data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or similar technically complex projects.
  • Have experience using structural analysis programs and design tools.
  • Have experience with BIM coordination workflows.
  • Have strong working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and AISC standards.
  • A Structural Engineer (SE) license and/or master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with hyperscale data centers, seismic design, or design-build projects is helpful.
  • Mass timber design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design efforts for data center, industrial, and advanced manufacturing projects.
  • Perform structural analysis and design for steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation systems.
  • Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, process, and vendor teams to resolve design and coordination items.
  • Review and help prepare structural calculations, specifications, drawings, and construction documents.
  • Support QA/QC reviews.
  • Assist during construction with submittals, RFIs, field questions, and related items.
