Requirements
- Have a 2+ year degree or equivalent experience.
- Have at least 2 years of customer service or other client relationship experience.
- Be proficient in business software, including MS Office and text editing software.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- RTSM/IRT experience of 1+ years is nice to have.
- Life sciences industry experience of 1+ years is nice to have.
- Experience with Veeva Vault is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirements.
- Configure RTSM based on customer requirements.
- Lead design review meetings with customers.
- Provide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM design.
- Manage and configure data integration solutions.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with designing complex systems and projects.
