Responsibilities
- Work with assigned clients and project teams to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.
- Maintain team IRT systems, oversee support, mitigate risks, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Lead study system change controls during the maintenance phase.
- Manage data integration specifications between IRT systems and other eClinical solutions.
- Create data review plans and ensure reviews are completed on schedule.
- Maintain study FAQs and develop system training materials, including manuals, walkthrough videos, and presentations.
- Set up IRT system data with client study teams at go-live.
- Troubleshoot complex escalated support issues and identify resolutions.
- Prepare support and maintenance reports and identify trends and root causes in support data.
- Support process improvements, product feature design, user training, and training for new staff.
