Requirements
- Have 5+ years of automotive dealership experience in F&I, sales compliance, accounting, or dealership operations.
- Bring a strong understanding of dealership compliance and regulations.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships.
- Work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Travel regularly between dealership locations throughout the assigned territory.
- Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and have reliable transportation.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and mobile devices.
- Be able to learn and adapt to technology platforms and mobile applications.
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods during onsite visits and trainings, including at least 6 hours per day.
- Be able to lift and transport materials or equipment up to 20 pounds and navigate active dealership environments.
- Be available for occasional overnight hotel stays; overnight travel may average approximately 10 nights per quarter if required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite F&I compliance audits and deal reviews.
- Train dealership teams on state and federal compliance.
- Build strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Help dealerships reduce risk and improve operational compliance.
- Advise on advertising, sales, and finance regulations.
