Job Details

Bring 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
Have direct, hands-on ownership of FP&A and accounting.
Be comfortable owning treasury or cash and liquidity management across multiple banking relationships and trading systems or portals.
Be comfortable owning accounting controls and the close process directly.
Demonstrate depth in forecasting, budgeting, and presenting financial information to executives and boards.
Have experience building and developing finance teams, setting accountability, coaching direct reports, and establishing scalable operating rhythms.
Experience with on-chain or custodial rails, including wallets, exchanges, or custodians, is a strong plus.
Experience managing complex payment flows across corporate and customer funds is a bonus.
Familiarity with digital asset or stablecoin accounting is a bonus.
A CPA or MBA is a bonus.

Build and lead the finance team across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
Own forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting for the CEO, board, and leadership team.
Oversee accounting operations and controls, completing the transition from outsourced bookkeeping to an in-house, audit-ready close process.
Improve the monthly, quarterly, and annual close to increase speed, accuracy, and control.
Set treasury strategy and oversee cash management, liquidity, and rebalancing tied to reserve systems.
Own reserve-program regulatory and compliance reporting, including quarterly call reports and monthly filings, in partnership with Compliance.
Build documented procedures, backups, and cross-coverage for treasury execution and regulatory reporting.
Partner with the CEO, COO, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering on finance operations, reporting, risk management, and automation.
