Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal changes.
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
- Learn the insurance products and app to help customers navigate their options.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions with the team.
