Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Have 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and operational roles.
- Build strategic financial models that translate operational initiatives into financial impact.
- Work cross-functionally with business partners to validate assumptions and present complex analyses clearly to senior management.
- Have experience implementing, administering, or optimizing FP&A planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful.
- Configure planning-system dimensions, manage scenario and version control, and structure data models that flow through to financial statements.
- Build C-suite and Board-level reporting materials that connect performance drivers to business impact and inform executive decisions.
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations through business models and reporting.
- Take a proactive approach to mitigating risks and managing cross-functional alignment during organizational transitions.
- Have advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Be open to and experienced in using AI to improve work efficiency.
- Relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is a bonus.
- First-hand knowledge of online advertising or e-commerce is a bonus.
- Experience using SQL, BI, and analytics tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Support the company-wide financial planning process, including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reconciliation of variances to actual results.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and business partners as a key point of contact for Finance.
- Drive business-unit and functional financial forecasts to predict business performance and manage toward desired outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting.
- Improve visibility and accountability to help increase operating leverage.
- Support short- and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunities.
