Requirements
- Have 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results.
- Demonstrate strong consultative selling and closing skills.
- Listen to customers and earn their trust.
- Be confident using CRMs, especially Salesforce.
- Have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8AM and 8PM MT.
- Work rotating weekend shifts on Saturday or Sunday.
- Work a 5-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers who have requested contact; at least 70% of the day is spent in customer conversations.
- Set 4+ appointments daily.
- Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling.
- Guide each customer through their 45-day trial.
- Listen to customers, build trust, and support a smooth hearing journey.
