Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments.
- Bring strong experience with AI/ML systems, including LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, and MLOps.
- Have proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems.
- Have hands-on experience with LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar tools.
- Demonstrate systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes.
- Have experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Be comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Communicate complex AI concepts in terms of business value.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, prioritization, and execution skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization.
- Map and redesign end-to-end processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact leverage points.
- Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems using RAG, APIs, and pipelines.
- Define governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systems.
- Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data.
- Lead technical decision-making while balancing innovation, scalability, and reliability.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact.
- Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team.
