Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a developer.
- Have 2+ years of developer experience focused on Atlassian products.
- Have a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Have a strong understanding of Postman, SOAPUI, or other API testing tools.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies.
- Be able to work in cross-functional teams.
- Bring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred, with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in workflow tooling, with a focus on Atlassian products.
- Assist partner teams in shaping roadmaps for workflow automation platforms.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, performant components, workflows, and software.
- Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance, and provide organizational feedback.
- Partner with teams to create customer journeys across associated call center systems.
- Correct production issues affecting service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with a high sense of urgency.
