Requirements
- Have 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Have managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
- Own campaign execution, results, and optimization.
- Have experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
- Use GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards for performance analysis.
- Write creative briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly.
- Have experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
- Be perfectly fluent in English.
- Be comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or two paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns based on performance.
- Build and iterate scalable acquisition funnels and run high-velocity tests across creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Monitor performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
- Define creative hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to launch and iterate on landing pages.
- Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate placements and custom deals, and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.
- Identify automation opportunities and create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines.
