Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Understand the basic structures of major advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google.
- Be able to learn new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces quickly.
- Have analytical skills and be comfortable working with data and Excel.
- Be able to assess advertising hooks and translate performance data into creative briefs.
- Be fluent in English and able to clearly articulate thoughts and findings.
- Knowledge of online marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools such as GA4, Voluum, or platform reporting setups is a plus.
- Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management of paid acquisition channels and DSPs such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Support acquisition funnels by checking tracking implementation and gathering data insights.
- Prepare ad concepts, organize creative assets, and set up audience tests.
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, and flag significant changes.
- Collect, clean, and organize CPA, ROAS, and retention data for strategic reviews.
- Maintain internal reporting documents and dashboards.
- Share performance insights with the content team to inform creative briefs and asset changes.
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing-page launches and testing to improve conversion rates.
- Research potential acquisition opportunities and stay current on platform rules, policies, and algorithm changes.
