Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrate time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be able to work independently and handle multiple logistics tasks remotely.
- Be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
- Have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support timely delivery.
- Track shipments, update order statuses, and resolve delivery delays or issues.
- Communicate shipment statuses with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, initiate restocking, and coordinate accurate system records.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills of lading, customs forms, and other shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and up-to-date data in logistics systems or ERP platforms.
- Generate reports on inventory, shipment performance, discrepancies, and logistics costs.
- Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities for cost savings and workflow optimization.
- Assist with implementing tools and strategies to improve logistics operations.
