Job Details

Have 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products end-to-end.
Provide a portfolio showing exceptional visual design quality across real digital products.
Have experience building, maintaining, or significantly contributing to a design system used in a live product.
Demonstrate strong visual design skills in typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, spacing, and polished interface design.
Bring solid UX knowledge, including user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototyping.
Have a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, with WCAG familiarity.
Be advanced in Figma.
Work autonomously, communicate blockers proactively, and maintain momentum.
Be able to overlap meaningfully with US working hours.

Create polished digital experiences across every touchpoint, applying strong visual judgment to typography, layout, colour, spacing, and detail.
Own the component library, design tokens, and pattern documentation in Figma.
Maintain design-system version control and governance, review team output, and evolve the system as the product expands.
Collaborate with engineers on implementation and create clear design specifications.
Design responsive, accessible experiences across desktop and mobile.
Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and make user-centered design decisions.
Validate and improve designs using product data and customer feedback after launch.
Turn stakeholder briefs into production-ready designs within sprint cadence and deliver complete engineering handoffs.
Contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and design quality reviews.
Support junior designers and contribute to critiques and team discussions.
