Job Details

Have 6+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital and gaming sectors.
Bring a strong portfolio of brand, campaign, and digital work.
Have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Have strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Have proven experience leading end-to-end motion delivery, including concepting, storyboarding, and styleframing.
Be able to direct others through the motion delivery process.
Apply a user-centred design approach that considers accessibility, platforms, and contextual storytelling.
Have experience mentoring designers and giving constructive, actionable creative feedback, including to remote or offshore teams.
Have communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
Be self-motivated and highly organised, with attention to detail and ownership of deadlines.

Lead design output on key accounts and own creative quality from first concept to final design output.
Guide teams in applying brand books and make informed decisions about when to extend brand rules.
Review and refine team work for craft, detail, polish, and brand alignment.
Partner with project managers to scope requirements, estimate timings, and plan resources.
Ensure work meets specifications and deliverables while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentoring to the Manila team, and help build consistent processes across both studios.
Mentor and support junior and mid-weight designers in Manila and London.
Present and defend creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to pitches and new business where needed.
