Job Details

Experience in Professional Services, Implementation, Technical Customer Success, or consulting.
Experience delivering for mid-market and enterprise customers, including executive stakeholder management.
Experience managing technical, customer-facing teams and hiring and developing talent.
Technical expertise in integrations, REST APIs, SFTP, data structures, and SaaS configuration.
Experience helping scale client-facing technical teams.
A metrics-oriented approach to capacity planning, utilization, KPIs, and scalable processes.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience at B2B SaaS companies focused on data analytics, with interest in HR, revenue, talent acquisition, or finance platforms.
Bonus: startup experience; HRIS or compensation planning platforms; HubSpot, Planhat, Zendesk, Postman, or SQL; PSA or project management tools; AI tools for services workflows.

Recruit, coach, and retain Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants.
Set team goals, manage performance, and develop future leaders.
Resolve technical blockers, including integration failures and data sync errors, and coach the team to troubleshoot independently.
Drive root-cause fixes with Support, Product, and R&D.
Own technical onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, and project management.
Forecast capacity against the sales pipeline and existing customer demand.
Build delivery playbooks, processes, and AI-enabled automation.
Own and report on operational metrics.
Partner with Sales on scoping and Customer Success on expansion, and work with executive stakeholders at key customers.
Represent the customer perspective to Product and R&D.
