Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have strong computer science fundamentals.
- Have 8+ years of experience in relevant domains.
- Bring very solid coding skills.
- Have at least 2 years of native mobile development experience with Kotlin or Java for Android and Swift for iOS.
- Have native mobile development experience on large-scale, consumer-facing products.
- Be proficient in designing and maintaining clear frontend architecture.
- Have experience as a technical lead for a frontend stack supporting various product features.
- Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve the Cresta platform and address new product requirements with product and engineering teams.
- Analyze customer requirements and technical tradeoffs, and own customer-facing deliverables.
- Develop reusable, well-tested system components and contribute to overall system designs.
- Identify product improvement opportunities and generate improvement ideas.
- Apply engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work, and uphold those standards across the team.
- Take technical ownership of a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform.
- Expand Cresta’s services beyond web and desktop applications to native and hybrid mobile applications.
- Build headful and headless Android and iOS mobile SDKs for AI agent integrations.
