Requirements

Be a board-certified MD or DO.
Hold active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states.
Participate in Medicare or be willing to become a participating physician.
Have experience in preventive and/or primary care.
Have proven experience providing patient care in a virtual or telehealth clinic environment.
Be comfortable conducting both phone and video visits.
Have EHR fluency, strong documentation skills, and strong patient communication skills.
Have strong digital fluency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Be available for a minimum of 16 hours per week during clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm ET.
Use a Windows 10 or later or macOS 14 Sonoma or later computer; Chromebooks, Linux machines, and smartphones are not accepted.
Have a computer with an Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor on Windows, or Apple Silicon on Mac, and 16 GB RAM.
Use wired headphones, Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces, and a webcam.
Have internet meeting minimum speeds of 100 MBPS download and 50 MBPS upload, with an ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router.
Work from a home office with reliable internet and a secure, private workspace.

Responsibilities

Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-up visits by phone or video.
Manage chronic conditions and review medications.
Prescribe medications where clinically appropriate.
Write orders for indicated screenings and review returned results for care you initiate.
Close care gaps and build rapport with Medicare patients.
Document every encounter accurately in SOAP format.
