Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles, with demonstrated impact at enterprise scale.
- Have 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience building backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
- Have 2+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
- Have proven experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating large language models into business processes.
- Have solid cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Azure.
- Have experience integrating applications or agents with Snowflake.
- Have experience building high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems, such as Splunk, multi-region ingestion, and automated reporting.
- Be a daily active user of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or ChatGPT.
- Be bilingual in English.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and YAML.
- Nice to have: familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Nice to have: experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and build conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and custom Python architectures.
- Connect AI agents and automated workflows with enterprise data ecosystems, including Snowflake and SharePoint.
- Architect and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GitOps patterns.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies using Splunk to track agent performance, latency, and operational bottlenecks.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, participate in client discussions, and recommend emerging AI technologies.
