Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in security engineering and GRC-focused security solutions development.
- Deep understanding of security standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, and compliance regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Hands-on experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or Alibaba cloud platforms and securing cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and security monitoring tools.
- Extensive hands-on DevSecOps experience, including CI/CD security and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on expertise in cryptography, encryption, key management, and digital signatures.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security architectures across cloud, third-party, and on-premises environments.
- Evaluate and integrate security technologies and controls, including within CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish secure development standards and conduct secure code reviews with development teams.
- Implement encryption for data at rest and in transit, and manage cryptographic keys.
- Design and manage identity and access solutions, including SSO, identity providers, and federation protocols.
- Implement technical security controls aligned with applicable frameworks and standards, and support audits and remediation.
- Conduct security risk, threat-modeling, and vulnerability assessments; coordinate mitigation plans.
- Support incident response, collaborate with SOC teams, and implement continuous monitoring.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical security guidance.
