Requirements
- Have led engineers as a manager or Tech Lead.
- Be motivated by helping people grow.
- Have built production systems in backend Go or frontend React.
- Have coded recently or bring strong system design skills.
- Use AI in your own engineering work and encourage the team to raise the bar with it.
- Be fluent in French and English.
- Familiarity with French accounting services and how accountants work with businesses is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the growth of a team of Backend and Frontend engineers.
- Build features that generate bookkeeping automatically.
- Show customers in real time the VAT they owe.
- Turn accounting and tax steps into a clear experience for business owners.
- Ship AI-first experiences, including a chat that answers customers using their accounting file.
- Shape the product roadmap with the Product Manager and Designer.
- Guide technical design with engineers while staying close to the code.
