Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Have 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Anti-Piracy, Social Media, or a related field.
- English and Arabic are listed as linguistic skills.
- Have computer skills in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Be available for rotating shifts: 4 PM–1 AM or 8 PM–5 AM.
- Work 9 hours per shift, with two days off per week.
- Be available for a rotating weekend schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other online platforms for piracy.
- Evaluate copyright violations and implement enforcement measures aligned with platform-specific guidelines.
- Identify solutions to issues raised by clients, follow up, and provide timely responses.
- Manage YouTube CMS and Meta Rights Manager operations.
- Handle assigned Todos and monitor ownership to ensure proper rights enforcement under platform policies.
- Take timely action on anti-piracy campaign Todos across YouTube and Meta to prevent expiration.
- Coordinate with concerned teams to validate cases and address issues within standard timelines.
- Complete actions before they exceed normal turnaround times.
