Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager; Minimum 2 years of experience working in healthcare and/or HealthTech

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare and/or HealthTech.
Demonstrate expertise in applying ML/AI to healthcare problems.
Have experience in a client-facing role, including communicating and presenting to large groups.
Demonstrate interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Bring a product mindset and a proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Have a track record of co-creating seamless experiences with strategic clients, client-facing teams, and technology functions.
Hold a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a related field.
Have experience working with globally distributed teams.
Be able to work east coast hours.

Drive the product vision and evolution of Cohere’s Intake offering.
Use competitive analysis, user research, and usage data to develop technology solutions for providers.
Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Operations, Client Success, and other teams to align the roadmap with company objectives.
Partner with design, research, operations, and engineering to understand and advocate for user needs.
Drive product design for new features and enhancements, plan rollouts, and evaluate new opportunities.
Create proposals aligned with business strategy and present insights to key executives.
Serve as a primary contact for product-related inquiries and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the product life cycle from strategic planning through delivery, empowering cross-functional teams.
