Job Details

Have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Bring deep expertise in at least one general-purpose language, such as Kotlin, Java, Go, or TypeScript, and comfort working across several.
Have strong experience with build systems and dependency management at scale, such as Gradle, Maven, or npm.
Have experience managing software migrations across hundreds of services.
Have led technical initiatives across multiple teams from problem definition through design, delivery, and adoption.
Have designed developer-facing products such as CLIs, SDKs, shared libraries, testing frameworks, or portals, with a focus on usability and adoption.
Bring hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic development practices.
Be able to write clear technical strategy and design documents and influence without authority.
Have empathy for engineers as customers and measure outcomes rather than simply shipping features.

Set technical direction and long-term architecture across local development, build tooling, shared libraries, and the developer portal.
Oversee the architecture of testing frameworks and core libraries used for developing web services.
Design, build, and ship high-leverage, cross-cutting parts of the platform.
Use data and engineer feedback with Product to identify workflow friction and develop a prioritized, measurable roadmap.
Design self-service golden paths and paved roads for product teams to create and evolve services.
Align with partner teams in AI, CI/CD, and Cloud Infrastructure on the end-to-end developer journey.
Partner with customer-facing teams to align platform solutions with customer and business needs.
Raise the team's technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and code-pairing.
