- Strong understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities.
- Track record of using experimentation to discover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Strong product judgment and strategic prioritization across interconnected systems.
- Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demonstrations.
- Experience with prompt design, agentic workflows, AI-powered tools, and system integrations.
- Ability to work across product management, engineering, and experience design from discovery through validation.
- Evidence of turning complex problems and strategic insights into tangible working outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for synthesizing user needs, business context, technical constraints, and experimental findings.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and define direction without a predefined roadmap.
- Communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to build alignment without formal authority.
- Preferred: experience launching products or features, particularly in enterprise SaaS, workflow-intensive products, or greenfield environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify friction points and bottlenecks across complex platform workflows and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Define product vision by translating multi-system challenges into problems, hypotheses, and solution concepts.
- Build and validate AI-assisted prototypes using prompts, AI tools, agentic workflows, real data, and system integrations.
- Work with developers and experience designers to test assumptions and demonstrate improved platform experiences.
- Evaluate solution approaches through rapid experimentation, measurable outcomes, and customer insights.
- Create before-and-after demonstrations that show existing friction and proposed improvements.
- Translate experimental findings into product direction and a practical path for platform development.
- Align customer needs, business objectives, user experience, and technical constraints in product strategies.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders using evidence and working solutions.
- Identify reusable experimentation methods and opportunities for broader platform improvements.
