Requirements
- Be a native English speaker.
- Have 8+ years of pre-sales engineering or consulting experience in fraud, financial crime, or a related technology space with top-tier customers.
- Bring deep understanding and subject-matter expertise in fraud prevention, AML, and financial crime.
- Have preferred experience in enterprise architectures and AI solutions.
- Have a general understanding of security frameworks.
- Bring technical awareness of Linux, Azure, AWS, CSV, XML, JSON, database technologies, storage, API integrations, HTML, JavaScript, SDKs, and SPA development.
- Understand basic analytical techniques and the constraints of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to travel 20%–30% locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery to identify needs, drivers, dependencies, and challenges.
- Deliver presentations, customized demos, working sessions, and scoping meetings to technically qualify deals.
- Design and document customer solutions with the customer solution architect and secure customer buy-in.
- Advise customers on using BioCatch in critical decision-making processes.
- Scope and document technical solutions and project plans for prospective customer requirements.
- Coordinate with professional services, delivery, and engineering to validate technical and commercial feasibility.
- Define proof-of-concept success criteria and guide delivery teams toward achieving them.
- Support business cases and lead responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate responses to security questionnaires with customer InfoSec teams and BioCatch technical teams.
- Monitor fraud and financial crime trends, regulations, and competitor activity, and build customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
