Requirements
- Have relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Bring a passion for customer service.
- Have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player.
- Have a bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Interest in football is a plus.
- Experience working overseas or with international companies is a plus.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Franchise development or support experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned operating region.
- Manage inventory for the assigned region.
- Manage revenue for the assigned region.
- Support customer experience and service.
- Work closely with the City Manager and a small team.
- Handle other ad hoc initiatives.
