Requirements
- Provide a demonstrated portfolio of AI builds, such as agents, LLM workflows, or internal tools shipped for real users; personal projects, internships, and open-source work count.
- Have hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, including prompt design, structured outputs, and tool use.
- Have practical experience with agent orchestration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Gumloop.
- Have experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Be able to explain how to evaluate whether an AI system is working and have built or used evaluations.
- Be proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language; Python is preferred.
- Be able to read, debug, and modify code written by others and explain why your own code works.
- Have working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and JSON, plus comfort with Git and version control.
- Have 1–2 years of professional experience in any field.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows used daily by marketing teams, taking them from prototype to production.
- Automate campaign development in Braze using template-driven generation, reusable segmentation logic, product-level personalization, and pre-send QA.
- Write evaluation suites to assess agent output for brand voice, factual grounding, and tone, and to catch regressions.
- Maintain a version-controlled library of prompts, skills, and agent definitions as shared team infrastructure.
- Integrate marketing and product systems through APIs and MCP servers so agents can use GOAT data.
- Train marketing partners on the tools and workflows built.
- Track adoption and outcomes for shipped systems.
