- Experience
- 2+ years’ of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
- Maintain internet speeds of at least 3.8 Mbps down and 3.0 Mbps up, with latency under 60 ms.
- Be able to travel and work onsite when business needs require.
- Preferred: Have 2+ years of experience as a high-performing enrollment associate, in person or in a contact center.
- Preferred: Have 2+ years of experience building quality patient connections with empathy and mindful questions.
- Preferred: Have 2+ years of experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to document clear, considerate notes.
- Be comfortable asking health-sensitive questions and discussing healthcare services in a warm, empathetic manner.
- Be comfortable speaking with and listening to patients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain Strive’s care model and schedule provider visits.
- Understand individual patient requirements and lead conversations with empathy.
- Ask questions to build trust and understand patient needs.
- Identify and share relevant information about Strive Health programming that may benefit patients.
- Address inquiries and objections about the value of Strive Health services.
- Collect sensitive patient information when appropriate to help care teams prepare services.
- Support patients through the enrollment process and help them schedule appointments with providers.
