- Be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Prior experience in customer service operations, risk management, or related roles in traditional finance or crypto is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support global onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes using internal systems and working with internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze internally reported service-related cases and issues.
- Identify case trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to handle platform-related needs.
- Develop and maintain internal FAQs, SOPs, and documentation for new and existing features.
- Provide operational support and perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
