Job Details

Bring 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
Have focused expertise building AI/ML products, LLM integrations, generative AI interfaces, or prompt engineering workflows.
Understand marketing automation workflows and the email campaign lifecycle.
Have expertise in generative text, image, or layout applications.
Have a proven record of designing intuitive, high-adoption AI-native user experiences.
Be data-fluent and experienced defining instrumentation and outcome-focused PRDs.
Have experience conducting user research and tracking engagement metrics.
Bring stakeholder management skills and a history of cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, AI, and GTM teams.
Preferred: background in predictive modeling, recommendation engines, or NLP.
Preferred: experience designing for international audiences, including multi-language support and localized content generation.

Define and execute the strategy for prompt-to-email creation, AI copy generation, brand-aware messaging, and multi-language localization.
Build Sequence AI capabilities that create multi-step lifecycle journeys from natural-language prompts.
Lead predictive recommendations, send-time optimization, subject-line scoring, and dynamic personalized content.
Establish safeguards for brand voice consistency, content quality, hallucination suppression, and global privacy compliance.
Set a 12–18 month Email AI roadmap aligned with company strategy.
Partner with AI, Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams.
Establish baseline performance metrics and identify improvements based on user feedback.
Launch Email AI and Sequence AI for general availability and drive adoption.
